Free accounts receive 5 HD + 5 Standard quality image generations per month. Free-tier images may include watermarks.
Includes 100 HD generations per month, watermark-free exports, all styles and aspect ratios, and email support.
Includes unlimited HD generations, watermark-free exports, all styles and aspect ratios, priority processing, and API access.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policies.
You agree not to use the App to:
You retain ownership of any text descriptions, menus, or other content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating images.
Images generated by FoodFoto AI are licensed to you for both personal and commercial use, including restaurant menus, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You may not claim the AI model or underlying technology as your own.
The App, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, is the property of FoodFoto AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Coupon codes are subject to their specific terms, including expiration dates and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Coupon codes cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
FoodFoto AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
In no event shall FoodFoto AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoodFoto AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
